Dr. Mulenga is passionate about improving neurological services in Zambia. As the only Neurologist at Kitwe Teaching Hospital, she is working to improve neurological services with limited resources — through clinical care, teaching residents and medical students, and opening a dedicated stroke unit in the region.
Areas of Interest
Movement disorders (Parkinsonism, Huntington’s Disease); cognitive diseases (dementia); inflammatory diseases (Neuromyelitis optica, Multiple sclerosis, HIV in Neurology).
